Orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days and we use Canada Post to delivery customers in Canada and USPS to customers in the United States. If you want to inquire about the delivery time, please send us your postal code/zip code to us.
Attention: Canada Post may not respect their delivery times, especially during a strike or periods of high traffic (Black Friday, Holidays, Boxing Day, etc.). Once the order has left our office, we have no control over the deadlines and cannot be held responsible for any delays.
Regular shipping across Canada costs $4. Expedited shipping (with tracking code) costs $10 and $13 (Rural Area).
Shipping to the United States costs $8 CAD and tracking is included.
Returns
We recommend that customers inspect orders for accuracy within 48 hours of receiving the order. Please keep all original packaging while processing a return or exchange. We will gladly provide a refund if the product is unused, in original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to accept returned items that have been used.
To return or exchange item(s) purchased through wesavasupplies.com, item(s) must be in the condition you received them and in the original box and/or packaging. Please submit a customer service inquiry if you wish to make a return.
